Property Consultant
Whilst the Buyers' Agent service is great for people who don't want to be actively involved in the process, the Consultant Sessions are for people who want some assistance throughout the process whilst still ensuring they learn the skills needed to become a savvy property investor. It may also be for someone who isn't ready to buy property yet, however would like help to get them headed in the right direction and create a plan to reach their goals. This service is also considerably more cost effective than the Buyers' Agent service.
During the one on one or group session, James will be able to use his own experience as well as the skills he has acquired throughout his work with Your Empire, to assist you with getting to your property goals. You will also be provided with access to James' contacts who may be able to help you with specific requirements during your journey - mortgage broker, accountant, solicitor, valuer and building inspector, just to name a few.
Whilst many younger investors have engaged James to provide insight on how they can reach their milestones, any investor who may want to further enhance their knowledge could consider engaging James.
Sessions are tailored to each individual/group circumstance based on what fits their requirements. You may be someone who feels miles away from property ownership and wants help to fast track the process, you may be ready to take the leap but not sure where to start or you could even be in the middle of the potentially overwhelming process and need someone to bounce ideas off. You could even be someone who has purchased your first or second property and now wants to build their portfolio to create the financial freedom you may desire.
Clients may choose to do a one off session to get them on their way or a number of sessions to build the momentum they may feel they need - nothing needs to be locked in and can be reevaluated overtime.
James feels as though he can relate incredibly well with newcomer's to the market and understands many of the emotions associated with the potentially overwhelming process. Helping his clients achieve their own property goals is why James does what he does and makes this service in particular so rewarding for him personally.
